HOW TO CLEAN YOUR RUG
We recommend vacuuming or shaking the rug out to remove dirt or debris and spot treating stains. Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth. Use only leather recommended cleaners or contact an expert for tough stains removal.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns of any undamaged item if the item is shipped back to us within 7 DAYS of receiving. We will refund the purchase price once we receive the undamaged item.

Few hides might contain some natural marks, blemishes and occasionally small holes due to conditions inherent to natural animal products such as branding and barbwire marking, which will be discreetly repaired. These are not considered to be production flaws.
When a new rug is delivered it may show some creases from being folded for shipping. These will disappear after the rug has been laid flat for some time. To speed up the process, fold the rug in the opposite direction.
Due to the photographic lighting effects, the colors of the original product may slightly vary from the picture.
