HOW TO CLEAN YOUR RUG
We recommend vacuuming or shaking the rug out to remove dirt or debris and spot treating stains. Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth. Use only leather recommended cleaners or contact an expert for tough stains removal.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We accept returns of any undamaged item if the item is shipped back to us within 7 DAYS of receiving. We will refund the purchase price once we receive the undamaged item.
WHO PAYS FOR IMPORT TAXES?
Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or customs fee that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. If you refuse a package due to declining the payment of customs and the package is sent back to the CANADA, unused, undamaged, and unopened, We will refund the purchase price less shipping (the actual shipping price) once we receive the undamaged item.
HOW CAN YOU RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact me to initiate a return or exchange. You must contact the shop via Etsy message prior to returning your item, packages sent back without prior notification and approval are considered forced returns. This is against Etsy policy and a refund will not be issued.

When a new rug is delivered it may show some creases from being folded for shipping. These will disappear after the rug has been laid flat for some time. To speed up the process, fold the rug in the opposite direction.
