7 Days Easy Return and Exchange Policy

Leatheron Canada aims to satisfy its customers via best quality items, so we offer a 7 day easy, flexible and risk-free return policy. If you are unsatisfied or not wholly pleased with your order for any reason, you may simply return or exchange the item, no questions asked.

Returns are subject to the following conditions

  • All returns are subject to the prior approval of Leatheron Canada, at its sole discretion.
  • To get approval, Purchaser must reach us to ask for a returned merchandise approval (RMA). Leatheron Canada sends an RMA to the Purchaser via WhatsApp/email for items accepted for return. Any unapproved returns will be rejected and no refund issued.
  • All approved returned items must be delivered Carriage prepaid to the location specified in the RMA e-mail.

Notes on Returns

  • Avoid folding, taping, or nailing any surface of the product that is to be returned.
  • The returned item must be unused, if it is damaged or stained it will be rejected.
  • We suggest you insure your return goods with the shipper chosen for full buying price to protect against loss or damage in transportation.
  • Custom items and closeouts are not returnable under any situations.
  • No returns will be generally approved after the 15-day timeframe after purchase.

Return Procedure

  • Reach us to get a return merchandise approval. It will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Select any reliable shipper (FedEx, UPS, etc.) to send the item to our address. You will have to pay return delivery charges.
  • We’ll process your return within 7 business days.

Refund will be issued for all approved returns

  • Purchaser bought and paid for items from Leatheron Canada.
  • Appropriate approval has been obtained before returning items.
  • Items are in their new condition and packaging.

Cancellation Policy

  • If we receive your cancellation request prior to shipping your order, there will be no charges. Once the order is dispatched, it is handled as a processed order and must be dealt as a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • This policy does not apply for custom items.
